Being a leader implies that you have followers who trust and respect your judgments and support.
If you don't have followers, leadership will be a very lonely road!
Do your best to inspire those around you every day!
You don't have to have all the answers, trust that through your leadership, you will inspire others to work together, generating innovation, ideas, and fantastic teamwork!
Does your team eat and breathe your core company values? Are they a part of the design of your values and do you involve them in as many aspects of decision-making as possible?
Saying yes to these questions is so important!
For me, I wouldn't be able to operate my business without collaboration, without trust, without support from all those around me and within my community. Thank you to each and every one of you who inspire me every day!
