I worked with Emma for several years when she acted as the NVQ assessor for the residential home that I managed.
Emma always worked in a professional manner, working with candour and with an open approach at all times. 
Emma offered the staff face to face support as well as support over the phone and through email as well as supporting me to develop ways in which the staff could attain their qualification requirements in the home with ease and in a way that would fit in their working patterns. The support provided was invaluable and helped to develop a deeper insight into Health and Social Care in the home.

Emma was able to support learners from all academic and working backgrounds to develop their knowledge of Health and Social Care and was easily adaptable to the learners needs. Emma worked in a way that made people feel at ease and comfortable which in turn made people more enthusiastic to complete the courses they were working towards. I would highly recommend Emma to any provider who wished to have the support of an assessor. She was always punctual, well organised and clear about what her role was.
